What are your delivery times?
Any order placed before 5 PM ships the same day. We deliver across Québec and Ontario.
Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order by the case. For larger volumes, request a quote: our pricing scales with quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (via Stripe, secure payment) and Klarna. No account needed to order.
How do I get volume pricing for my business?
Fill out the quote request with your products and quantities (or upload your list): an advisor replies the same business day.
What does “On request” mean on some products?
Those products are quoted individually: pricing depends on volume and availability. Click “Request a quote” on the product page and we get back to you quickly.
What is Karguo GO?
An automatic monthly restock of your supplies, up to 30% cheaper, with no contract: adjust, pause or cancel anytime.
Do you sell to individuals or businesses only?
Karguo is built for businesses and institutions (buildings, daycares, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail), but any online order is welcome.
Do displayed prices include taxes?
Prices are shown before tax; applicable taxes (GST/QST) are added at checkout.
A product arrived damaged or is not right — what now?
